She’s always coming up with new ways to make food fun, inclusive, and exciting for everyone.

Head of Quality Control and the creative mind behind our Mini Slims Kitchen classes. Kind, funny, and constantly on the move, Beckett’s energy is contagious. He’s always up for a chat, especially if it’s about his favorite subject, Minecraft. If there’s fun to be had, he’s leading the way.

Our Chief Exec of Snacks & Refreshments. Crisp-loving, juice-guzzling, and just as Minecraft-mad as his big brother, Byron keeps us all on our toes. He has ARFID (a restrictive eating challenge), meaning nothing wet, slimy, or suspiciously green is getting past him! That’s why we always have recognisable, safe, and comforting foods available, so if you or your little one have a restricted diet, we’ve got you covered.

Host, pitmaster, and the proudest dad you’ll ever meet. His boys are his world, and so is BBQ. Ricky runs the show at our BBQ school, hosting classes and private events, keeping the fires burning (and the food not), and making sure everyone leaves with full bellies and big smiles. His other important job? Curating our questionable playlists…sorry in advance.
