I’m a BBQ-obsessed dad of two awesome boys and a lucky husband to my amazing wife, Kester.

Based in Essex, I’ve spent years perfecting the art of live-fire cooking, catering events, running BBQ demos, and competing in BBQ competitions.

I’m all about great food, good company, and making BBQ simple and fun for everyone.
